The closest airport is Ciampino Airport. Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino is the larger of the two with more frequent domestic flights. There is about 5km difference between them and the centre of Rome.

If you are staying in central Rome at either of our recommended hotels (Six Senses or Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma) we will be providing transfers. More information on this will follow soon.

If you have independently booked alternative accommodation you will need to make your own way to Villa York. Your best option would be to arrange a taxi either through your hotel or and Uber for example. The address is as follows: Villa York, Via Giorgio Zoega, 59 – 00164 Roma.

For those staying at A.Roma Hotel, there will be shuttles to help transport you to Villa York.

Weather permitting, all the events will be outside. We will have a contingency plan in place for bad weather. This time of year, temperatures range from mid to high 20 degrees celsius.
